Healing relationships-vital for emotional and spiritual well-being
Even the strongest relationships get off track sometimes, because of stresses of living, mismatch or expectations or failure to hold and comfort each other during key moments of need. By hearing, empathizing, acting to change and loving, reach out to your partner or the person on the other side and let them know that they matter and you care. This should create healing energy to move your relationship back to health. Healing the relationship is also very important in prayer. Let us bring into our mind, certain relationships which are broken in our life. Knowingly or unknowingly we might have gone away from relationship with one another, with our own self. When one area is broken in a relationship, every other area is equally broken.
Guilt and Shame –negative emotions that could affect your life
Today we are talking about meditating on guilt and shame, how to get rid of it or how to remove it through meditation. Meditation is a method of balancing our emotions and body so that we experience the divine love that transforms us. Guilt and shame are highly negative emotions. Those are unpleasant and impact our personality and spiritual life. Guilt and shame are the products of events in our life. Remaining in guilt will prevent the power of healing because the power of divine love is greater, deeper and wider than any guilt or shame that is haunting us.Shame comes either through genetic inheritance, childhood experiences, family chaos, traumatic experiences or different source of moral guilt which are not reconciled or shared with others. Now here is a method - a group meditation method, though we do the meditation privately, at the end of the meditation we share with each other the areas of guilt and shame that was binding us. It is always healthier to share at the end of the meditation, either in the large group or with one or two companions with whom you feel comfortable.
Negative impacts of stress in our day-to-day life
Hey there! Welcome to this meditation to release stress from our day to day life.Stress is a normal physiological and physical reaction to the demands of our life.Unrelieved stress results in impaired physical and emotional health and affects our day to day activities. With every change in our life, new stress evolves and no one can avoid it altogether.. We can’t eliminate stress completely but we may be able to eliminate unnecessary stress and manage effectively. This meditation will help you to release your stress, for that, it is vital that we need to relax totally. As our body, mind and soul are connected, relaxing our body first is important.
Controlling anger before it controls you
Let’s meditate on anger management. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion, a power for self-defense. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems in our life.We all have anger. Anger is a must for doing justice to oneself. It’s a signal, a signal for correction if a boundary is violated, or justice denied. It’s okay to be angry. It’s healthy to be angry. I’m a human being. I am weak. I have anger. I have a right for anger. I get angry frequently. I am more than my anger. Let’s reflect. Every day how many times do you get angry? And also measure the strength of the anger, the volume of the anger. You can say that while I was angry or irritated, I was hurt. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems in our life.Escalated anger leads to hatred and hatred leads to anxiety, lack of peace of mind, energy drain and negativity, crushing creativity. Hatred leads to lost productivity and broken relationships. So we need to regulate and control our anger before it takes over you. We need to balance anger for the sole purpose of defense. That balancing is very important for our spiritual life. This could happen only when we are relaxed and when able to see things in the right perspective. Talk to your mind to unbind you, release you. Say gently, “allow me to let go from this anger. I am more than my anger; I don’t want to be a victim of this anger”. Recite this prayer two more times.
Why do we need to mitigate fear?
At some point in our lives, we all go through a period where anxiety and fear overwhelm us. Whatever the origin of that emotion, the result is lack of focus, increased anxiety and collateral damages to the mind, body and soul. In times of high stress, worry or uncertainty, our thoughts play an important role. Each thought carries with it a vibration. Fear, anxiety and worry fall on the lower vibration spectrum which is why they result in a negative discord and what we experience as negative emotions. But we are not our thoughts; we are not our emotions, we are simply the observer, your thoughts are a response to the external environment around you, and your emotions are a response to those thoughts. As the observer you get to decide what these thoughts and emotions mean to you, how you will react, if you will choose fear or if you will chose to love.Every moment of every day is an opportunity to return to love. If we realize the benevolence of divine love and recognize the presence of that vital divinity in us, the dark clouds of fear will disappear. Our thoughts are something we can shift and our reactions are something we can shift. It’s our responsibility to fulfill that love and live life to its fullest.
